The least expensive option would be an DIO Implant($799) with a titanium abutment($300) and a PFM crown($499), for a total of $1598.
Example #2:
Our highest quality option would be a SGS swiss made implant($999). Let's say you opt for a Zirconia custom abutment($500) and a porcelain fused to zirconia crown($649). All of this together will cost you $2148.
